KDI Oil and Gas Limited (KDIOG) is an indigenous service provider to the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. It was incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria in 2009 to carry on the business of drilling support for the oil and gas industry; environmental management; marine logistics and support; and project management. It is also involved in the business of drilling, pumping, piping, storing, refining, selling whether at wholesale or retail of petroleum products.

Led by a dynamic management team, KDIOG has been strategically positioned to achieve sustainable competitive advantage to achieve its vision.& This is further enabled by the proper deployment of good corporate governance and subcommittees.
